Great down jacket

Love this down jacket. If it’s a wet environment, I will take my Kelvin aero lite. If it’s cold and dry, the micro down is coming with me. I feel that it’s much warmer than the Kelvin. Definitely not as warm as my hyper down. It’s a good in the middle down jacket that is cut generously. Unlike the Kelvin, which runs on the smaller side.

Micro Down Hooded Jacket

I honestly love this product so far, I’ve used it as a mid layer out fishing when it was pretty cold and windy. I can also use it as an out layer on my walks to school and it’s easy to pack away in my backpack. Overall great quality and thin but still very warm. A little loose in the belly but rather loose than too tight. Also if you have longer arms you might want to try a longer sleeve length.

Warm, Comfortable, & Packable

I wore this several mornings and evenings while archery hunting here in Colorado. It took up very little space in my pack compared to my synthetic jackets while keeping me comfortably warm during mornings below or near freezing. The shell fabric is quiet for a down jacket. However, not silent. Sizing is perfect for typical layering increasing versatility in variable conditions. Well done, Sitka.
