Mountain Hauler 2700 Reviews

Very loud

This is the loudest piece of gear I own. Anything the bag touches will create a ton of noise. Used it for backcountry mule deer and elk, easily spooked anything just hiking in. If you need anything inside of the bag get it out before your hunt due to the volume of the material. It is very comfortable to train and hike in, if you load the pack down the frame squeaks less. Ended up stashing the pack against a tree and coming back for it during breaks.

Great back pack for bow hunting, light weight, water proof and plenty of storage space.

This pack is the best pack I have ever owned. If you are in need of a lightweight pack that can fit a decent amount of meat after a hunt, then get this pack and try it out.

I love this pack! Very stylish and also has great storage. Great pack for hunting/camping/hiking. Highly recommend!

Great backpack. Lots of room.

The 2700 is a great backpack for a day or multi day trips. The 2700 equates to about 44 liters. There are plenty of pockets for lots of gear. Fits snug around the waist which will carry most of the load. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding. Plenty big to carry stuff and comfortable to wear. Love it. Can’t wait till bow season to use it.

Love it.

This pack is so comfy compared to my Ku.., I no longer use the other. It fits great, is waterproof, and can’t say enough good things about this pack.

I love this bag! It will suit my scouting and peak bagging missions very well. Seeing as it is not adjustable in the torso/yoke, I got lucky that it fits me perfectly. The only downside to this bag is that it's pretty dang noisy. That being said, the material is very robust and I expect this bag to last for a very long time.

Awesome bag! So much space

I love this pack. Works great and lightweight.

Haven’t Used it for hunting

Haven’t Used it for hunting yet as I bought it out of season. I have however loaded it up and wear is as much as possible on hikes etc. It o break it in and get a good feel for it. Sits really well, doesn’t sag and I don’t feel like I need micro breaks when I use it. I think it’ll be absolutely perfect for whitetail hunting that requires me hiking in and field dressing.

Bugout Ready

Have used this size bag for hunting for decades. Bought two. One to replace an older daypack, and one to fill up with a bugout kit to stash at work. Great bag.

Great size for a daypack but large enough to bring a deboned quarter of an elk out.

So far I’m very pleased with the gear I ordered, which included the Jetstream Jacket. Everything I ordered fit perfectly. I’m 5’10” and around 220lb. I got the XL jacket and 38” pants.

Good quality good size comfortable to use

Only one internal pocket

Would of liked to see more internal pockets. The one pocket is good for a first aid kit. I improvised with a hip bag for my possible. Storing that inside the bag.

Awesome pack! I was surprised to learn that this pack does contain an internal frame. Can’t wait to use it this September season.

The pack is well fitted to my back, making it comfortable to carry the full weight of the pack while snowshoeing in the Sierra Nevadas.
