I love this coat, warm and light weight. The big pockets are nice with the added fuzzy. Similar to other reviews, around the shoulders was a bit tight at first but that seemed to get better, or I got used to it. Wearing this as an everyday jacket in Wisconsin and for winter fishing. The hood is big and great, I wish there was still a drawstring for the hood, otherwise perfect.

Finally got some weather cold enough to give the Rover jacket a try. It out performed my expectations. It’s so light you don’t feel like you have it on. No wind goes through it and the warmth is fantastic. Fit is as stated with room to have even a sweatshirt underneath. Great job Sitka!

There aren't many guarantees in life but I find I can safely assume anything I get from Sitka is guaranteed to be of the finest quality. The cut, the performance are always on point. This jacket is warm, wind resistant and stylish. I am a size small and every top I've purchased from Sitka has quickly worked its way into my favorites for the field. That said, I would love to see men's small size (28"/29"x30) pants-otherwise I can't find anything that can be improved upon.

Bought the Rover Down Jacket and am very impressed with quality and workmanship. Jacket is extremely warm and lightweight. The jacket is cut just right in my opinion to allow layering and movement while hunting. I am not a big fan of athletic fitting garments. Certainly looking forward to next Sitka purchase.

Overall, very happy with the jacket. Checked off all the boxes I needed- windproof, not bulky, quiet and fits correctly. Sitka jackets can run short for me at 6’ 185lbs and athletic build, typically wear a large and often they’re short even with a somewhat short torso. This fits perfect. Great length in the torso and arms, doesn’t ride up when I lift my arms. Hood sits great and easy adjustment. Only thing I’d change is to have the pockets fully fleece lined or even switch where the fleece is. Might snag another in a different color.

This jacket is a great option for light weight warmth. It fits v b ery well, plenty of room to layer. But honestly it’s warm enough on its own. I purchased the tobacco color. It works very well in the field and as everyday wear.

I wanted a packable down coat. When this came on sale, I grabbed it. It's amazing. It's so warm and lightweight. XXL fits my 6'2' 275lbs body well. It's roomy in the body for layers (not that I've needed many). The arm holes are fine for my chubby buff arms. Majority of my use is daily and fishing from a boat. I can say the windproof works well as I was ripping down the river at 40mph in March in iowa. I'm looking forward to using while in the deer woods.

This jacket is everything I was looking for! With windstoper and water repellent finish. I find this jacket to be super warm and durrable. Its my everyday jacket. As a guide I wish that it was available in camo patterns. Its the only all-around jacket that ive found on the market.

Love the fit and color of this jacket. I ordered a size medium and the fit was perfect. The only negative comment I have is that I think the front zipper could be slightly more substantial for a jacket in this price range. In terms of comfort, sizing and warmth, it gets 5 stars.

The sizing is horrible. Size Large fit perfect on my arms and armpits, but the torso was like a tent. If you have skinny arms and a beer belly, this jacket might fit you. I got this jacket on sale for 50% off and still couldn't convince myself to keep it. Also felt pretty meager for warmth. Check it out in person. Don't buy this online.
