Easy to use

It’s very convenient and every pocket is well placed and has a purpose. My two complaints is that the straps are a bit long, and the stitching can come loose fairly easy if it’s being held by the main handle.

Nice little blind bag

The sling choke is nice and light and can carry with the handle or as a backpack. I can fit 3 boxes of shells, gun lube and a couple pair of gloves which is all I need. Less bulk than other bags so it’s not in my way. Very well made like all Sitka products.

Previous 5 years, have used the (guide bag) from a competitor- Orv?s… same size, the Sitka sling has much better quality zippers, they are easy to slide open/close. Sitka sling has excellent carrying capacity and easily managed & versatile compartments and of course the materials are silent.

Outstanding pack. I Use it all the time. Medium but has a lot of room for a mid size pack. I like the waterfowl hanger system that’s Incorporated.

Horrible sling design

This does not live up to the Sitka standard. I thought the bag was awesome until I tried it on. This is the worst sling design I have ever seen. The shoulder strap rides up my neck. The strap doesn't lay anywhere close to flat at the connection point because it's coming in at different angles. The portion of the strap that comes across the ribs flares out along the bottom and digs in along the top. All of this is made exponentially worse if you put any gear in the bag.

The bag is very comfortable to carry. With the two straps it stays in place when making long walks and hikes to get to your hunting destination. Fits more than you would expect as well.

Smaller Blind Bag

As someone who hunts public land for ducks, having a smaller blind bag that is easy to carry has been very beneficial as the bag does not get in the way of decoys and other gear during the walk.

Replaced old pit bag

I swapped a larger pit bag for this sling. And surprisingly everything fit from the older bag, that double the size and a hassle to carry around. Great option to minimize your daily carry in, but still have room for the essentials.

Sling choke is great little pack that can be used for a lot of different things. I’m using it for fly fishing now and it’s just the right size for that.

Sitka Sling Choke

I have not gotten to use this product in the field yet, but so far it seems like it will work great. It’s a great size, with enough room for all your necessities while not being too big and bulky to carry. It’s also a great hands free option and it won’t be slipping off your shoulders. The ability to swing the bag around and access all of your gear without taking the bag off is also an awesome feature.

I was wanting a smaller pack to carry some necessary items away from the boat while walking to the timber holes. I think this should fit the bill for the essentials.

I’m using this as a work backpack. My laptop fits perfectly and plenty of space to keep everything I need.

Great small bag

Great bag for when you just need something small. Has worked better than a small backpack for me. Does not have hydration compatibility but does have a large pocket for water bottle. Only issue is there is no way to tie back extra strapping. Would recommend for any day hunt or excursion.

I bought this for my everyday carry. It has surpassed my expectations in all regards. Well built, sturdy and really comfortable. I will be buying another one specifically for small game hunting. Love this product.

Excellent pack

What more can I say. This pack does everything I intended for it to do and then some. And fits comfortably along the way. It's been a camera bag, blind bag for longer pack in puddle hunts, and gear bag/lunch box for fishing both open water and ice, and an airplane carry on.

Perfect “Bling Bag”

I couldn’t be happier with the sling choke. It’s very compact and ergonomic compared to most bags sold for waterfowling. The smaller bag is perfect for a half day hunt and of course the Sitka quality is second to none.

Perfect blind bag

This is a perfect blind bag for me. It holds my snacks, bullets, extra gloves and hat, hand warmers etc. As well as a few other items that I might need. It’s perfect for water because you can strap it around your body to give you free hands. If you’re someone who requires a big backpack to hold a lot of big trinkets, this isn’t for you. Even though it stretches well enough for most items, it fits basically bare minimum essentials. In the off season I use it as a laptop bag.

MUST HAVE

This bag is 10/10! I love the space, design, and how carefully the location and features of each compartment/ pocket is placed! Zippers don’t jam even covered in mud && although it’s not a waterproof bag — the water wicking material is incredible! Wish they made a solid color in this for daily use!

My daughter loves her sling choke pack. The integrated game belt, ample storage and low profile design make this pack a must. Just a suggestion but adding a water bladder would push this product over the top.
