I have used this pack several times since Eastern NC bow season opened. Talk about capacity! This pack has plenty of storage for everything you need plus some. The built in straps allow me to carry my bow hands free so I can pack in my stand and climbing sticks. Also, the new Optifade Cover pattern blends in perfectly. Definitely recommend for the on-the-go hunter!

As far as I’m concerned this is the best and most versatile whitetail pack made. The fanatic pack is great as well but this one is my favorite due to its structure, ability to fit bibs and jacket inside along with my harness and everything else I need, and multiple places to strap sticks and stuff platforms and anything else you may need to strap to it. I was worried it wouldn’t be quiet like the fanatic pack and it’s not as quiet but still very very quiet and has the added bonus of things not sticking to it. Every feature was carefully thought out and you can tell. My only gripe is that the zippers that hold the lid down are kind of loud. I don’t understand why they didn’t just use the zippers they used everywhere else on the pack that are almost silent. I just don’t use those louder zippers and use the little toggle to hold the lid closed instead and haven’t had an issue yet. Things could get in the sides around the lid if you don’t use the zippers but I haven’t had it happen yet and if it does it’s no big deal. Don’t debate just buy this pack. I had several packs from several companies in my cart trying to decide and bought others and returned them. As soon as this one got here I knew it was the one.

I purchased this recently for an upcoming Moose hunt. I haven’t had an opportunity to use it yet but I did try it on and test everything out. It’s very comfortable. The ergonomics seem to be spot on for a hunting backpack. There are compartments to separate important or small items which helps locate them quickly. The bulk storage area has ample space to carry anything I’ve needed on me in my 40+ years of hunting.
