Great, minimalist pack with more
Great, minimalist pack with more than enough room for all your calls and gear. You can even carry a lightweight layer via the bottom straps. It has a nice pull-out rain cover that deploys from the back pocket in case of bad weather, so glass and slate pot-calls stay dry. If there is a downside, it's that the seat pad is VERY thin. I know this is meant to be a minimalist set-up, but it doesn't offer a ton of cushion. . . still a great set-up!

Poor fit for small wearers
Its a great pack with thoughtful execution, except for one thing. . . . . those with small waists. Anyone with a waist of 30ish or smaller will likely not be able to tighten the straps enough to have a proper and secure fit. I wear off the shelf pants (even from sitka's line of offerings) but this belt does not lend itself to the smaller side of the spectrum. I wish a size range was published for this pack before ordering since its practically unusable for me. Bummer.

I ditched the turkey vest

Awesome alternative to a vest
Definitely best part is the seat pad that is included. Plenty of room for several calls, gear, etc. Extra gear straps on the bottom work perfect for camera tripod. Built in rain fly is very convenient to keep everything in there dry. Only bad thing to say is if you’re not a person that uses a box call, the box call compartment could be eliminated to make it a little less bulky. Although it does make a nice insulated drink holder.

Great pack
I never had a vest or pack before for turkey hunting so I didn’t see a need for something with a ton of storage. This pack is perfect for taking all you need for a full days hunt without weighing you down. Having a waist pack is nice for keeping you cooler as well. One thing I would change is the box call compartment seems like it takes up too much space that could be used for other things imo.

I like it more than I thought I would
I’ve been running the Sitka turkey vest for a couple seasons. Best vest I’ve ever owned but something kept pulling me to try the tool belt. . and I’m glad I did. It’s exceeded my expectations. Couldnt have dreamt of a better way to make this thing, some serious thought went into this, i love how it organizes everything, only thing ill say is im a very thin person with a 28-30inch waist and it is slightly loose but still fits me and works great, i can grab the handle in the back and spin it to the front for my calls without having to make any adjustments to the belt which i like, i just cant strap a heavy jacket to the underside or it wants to sag off my butt a lil when im walking but i dont think its meant for that anyways, i think something lighter like a rain jacket would stow underneath perfect and not give me any issues

Noisy Zippers
I love my Sitka gear, and I really wanted this to be a homerun. The belt fits all my gear. The box call pocket is spot on. I am returning it because the zippers are really loud. I read where people stated they had taped or altered the zippers to reduce the noise. I still ordered the belt thinking the zippers would only be noticable when opening/closing pockets, but they are noisy when moving around.

One issue
The belt was great, but it does like the slide down and you have to keep tightening it. Not really sure how to fix it because I do like the fact that it doesn’t go over my shoulders, but this is good too have for running Gun.
