Missed the Mark
I believe Sitka missed the mark on this one. Ive got the vest and ove it. One simple move would have made th Tool Belt hard to beat. You lost all of that storage space on the box call holder. There is plenty of room to add a vertical one on the opposite side of the water bottle. Then you would have created a space that was taken up by padding into a very usable space. Also you would have saved weight on the pack with the reduction of padding material as well.

Seat-Pad is Garbage, too thin, not functional
The size compared to functionality is not optimal. The storage is not versitile (think dedicated pockets for dedicated, specific items). Lastly the seat "pad" is pretty garbage. Much cheaper brands provide more "padding" - even if you were going to prioritize weight over thickness, there's other ways to cut the overall weight without sacrificing (arguably) the most important piece

Almost perfect
Pros: the proprietary call pockets are awesome and well thought out. Just the right amount of pockets for the average hunt, without going overboard and wasting space. The box call slot in particular is fantastic. Rain fly and seat pad are perfect for damp spring mornings. Ample hydration space, and i really like the retention band. Cons: My only con is that the tool belt tends to sag in the rear, especially if youre packing any hydration heavier than 1 water bottle; there is no option to add suspenders. If Sitka offered a harness for these I would buy them in a heartbeat. The turkey tool belt is very fairly prices for what you get, so I would have no qualms with paying extra for a little better ergonomics.

Perfect for my turkey hunts!

This is incredible!

Couldnt have dreamt of a better way to make this thing, some serious thought went into this, i love how it organizes everything, only thing ill say is im a very thin person with a 28-30inch waist and it is slightly loose but still fits me and works great, i can grab the handle in the back and spin it to the front for my calls without having to make any adjustments to the belt which i like, i just cant strap a heavy jacket to the underside or it wants to sag off my butt a lil when im walking but i dont think its meant for that anyways, i think something lighter like a rain jacket would stow underneath perfect and not give me any issues
