When the temps are at their lowest, the Gradient cold weather bib is the best layering option to be worn under the Delta Waders, with its non-compressible ultra thick fleece providing an insulation layer that will not compress under the pressure while standing in or wading in waist deep water.

Very comfortable and definitely an excellent garment. I do have some criticism. The fact that they don't have a shell creates problems if cockleburs or other debris fall between my waders and the bibs as it gets matted into the exposed fleece. Additionally, without a shell they look weird and makes you kind of self conscious going into the cafe for breakfast after a hunt. Also, stocking stirrups would have been a great feature.
My first exposure to Sitka was five years ago when I purchased a Boreal jacket. Best jacket I own. These bibs are no different. Have been using them multiple times this season and love them. I wear them under breathable waders and have performed great in temps below 20 degrees.
Bought these this year....only used them a few times so far. Already own the gradient pants but much prefer bibs over pants which is why i ordered these. They do not disappoint....these are great and feel like they are slightly warmer than the gradient pants. These bibs are great to layer under waders or hudson bibs
Excellent product, well made and very warm. I live in Michigan and whitetail hunt with the subalpine pattern. This piece works very well for layering up on cold mornings. I'm 6'5" and 235lbs and the xl bibs fit perfect!

Nothing pairs better with the waders than these pants. Stood in the water for 4 hours and couldn’t feel the cold.
Bought these to wear under breathable waders and wound up wearing them under pants deer hunting before I had l chance to duck hunt with them. 16° and I was toasty warm. Have since worn them under my waders in sub freezing temps and absolutely love them. They stay in my truck now just in case, lol. Love the warmth, flexibility and light weight. I’m 6’-3”, 260 and ordered an XL - I could probably make do with XXL, but these are fine. Highly recommend buying these if you’re on the fence, you will not be disappointed.
These bibs were my second Sitka purchase and I absolutely love them. They fit perfectly with the heavyweight bottoms and/or a pair of sweatpants underneath. I bought them for wearing underneath my neoprene waders for Wisconsin late season duck hunting (15-30 deg F), but they also work great for under my uninsulated fishing waders for early season trout fishing. I also wear them under my Carhartt bibs for extra warmth while ice fishing and they have yet to let the cold in. The reason for the four stars and not five is because the top zipper does not like to stay zipped completely after moving a bunch or having them under my other bibs. I put a small binder clip over the top zipper to keep them from falling, but it's not a huge deal breaker, but something I would appreciate to be fixed. The fleece is super soft and slips under garments very well, which is a huge bonus. I am 6'3" and 220 and the size large fits perfectly.
New addition this season, great purchase. Makes a huge difference when wearing lightweight breathable waders and standing in water hunting Arkansas timber. Also use them under bibs in below freezing temps while tree stand hunting deer, game changer. I have the light Fanatic Bibs this has made those any season bibs for me. I really like the thin lower leg material for tucking in my rubber knee boots.
